Bad Aibling ist verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen zwischen München und Salzburg, zum Chiemsee sind es nur ca. 20 Minuten. Ebenso leicht erreichbar ist Kufstein (ca. 25 Minuten), der Wendelstein (ca. 20 Minuten) Industriegebiet Kolbermoor und Bruckmühl (jeweils ca. 5 Minuten).
